This application has been designed exclusively for entertainment, general well-being, and night-time rest optimization.

Any use of the application for general well-being purposes is conducted solely at the user's own responsibility.

2. Microphone Use and Audio Data Processing

To analyze ambient silence and noise patterns during the sleep cycle, the application requires explicit access to the device's microphone.

Non-Identifiable Audio Processing: The application's algorithm does not record, store, or process human voices, conversations, words, or spoken language. The system only analyzes physical sound magnitudes (acoustic energy, decibels, volume variations, and background ambient noise). It is technically impossible to identify an individual or reconstruct a conversation through the processed data.

3. Local Processing and Absence of Transmission (Offline Operation)

Privacy by Design is the technological core of our application:

100% Local Processing: The analysis of sound levels is performed in real-time and strictly locally on your Apple device's processor.

No Internet Connection: The application operates fully autonomously and offline. It does not require, request, or use an internet connection.

No Audio Storage: No audio files or sound recordings are saved to the device's permanent storage. Once the acoustic energy level of each second is analyzed, the audio stream is immediately and permanently cleared from the volatile memory (RAM).

4. Third-Party Data Transfer

Since the application lacks network connectivity and does not collect personal data on any external server, there is zero transfer, sale, rental, or sharing of data with third parties, advertising agencies, or analytics platforms. Your rest data remains exclusively on your device.

5. User Permissions and Control

The user maintains absolute control over permissions at all times:

Microphone access must be explicitly granted by the user when opening the application for the first time.

This permission can be revoked or re-enabled at any moment via native iOS settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone). Revoking the permission will prevent the silence analysis from functioning but will not affect the rest of the device.

6. Regulatory Compliance

This policy is written in strict compliance with Apple's developer guidelines and international data protection standards applicable to the local processing of general well-being information.
